VR agency-employer interactions study infographic. VR agency communication is important for educating employers about people who are B/VI and increasing their likelihood of hiring. Based on a study of 382 hiring managers, almost all employers who had hired someone who is blind or visually impaired (B/VI) in a recent study had communicated with VR. Employers who have an ongoing relationship with a VR professional are more likely to hire someone who is blind or visually impaired in the future.
